Cresa, LLC, the world’s largest commercial real estate advisory firm specializing in tenant representation, continues its growth with the addition of Cresa Omaha.

Steven Edlefsen, Managing Principal in the new office, previously worked in Cresa’s South Florida office, where he recorded over 1 million square feet in transactions.

Edlefsen started his real estate career at the Staubach Company, where he became passionate about the conflict-free tenant-rep model Cresa is known for.

Prior to his real estate career, Edlefsen was a professional baseball player, pitching seven years for the San Francisco Giants and one with the Los Angeles Dodgers, winning a World Series Championship with the Giants in 2012. Before being drafted, he played for the University of Nebraska baseball team where he both pitched and played infield for the Huskers.

The clients he has served include Werner Enterprises, Hajoca Corp., Quincy Compressors, TCI Business Capital, Nearly Natural Inc., Fisk Electric, Rana Furniture, Oceanic Freight, Nipro Diagnostics, Corbion, and InfoSonics.

Cresa Omaha is the latest of more than 60 Cresa offices in North America.  For more information, please visit www.cresa.com.
