Tickets are now on sale for a milestone YP Summit, the largest young professionals event in the Greater Omaha area. The annual gathering is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2015.
Designed to connect, engage and inspire young professionals and business and community leaders, the 2015 YP Summit is set for March 5, 2015, 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., at CenturyLink Center Omaha. This year’s theme will be “Develop the CORE! Develop You. Develop Us. Develop Growth.”
The 10th anniversary Summit will feature a “keynote conversation” between Baratunde Thurston, CEO and co-founder of Cultivated Wit, and Shabnam Mogharabi, CEO and executive producer of SoulPancake. Thurston and Mogharabi’s keynote conversation, a format unprecedented at the YP Summit, will explore how disruptive business models – coupled with creativity, innovation and technology – can propel companies and communities forward.
A limited number of early bird tickets are available for $125. Tickets are $150 thereafter. They can be purchased online at omahaypsummit.org.
The Summit is presented by the Greater Omaha Young Professionals, a program of the Greater Omaha Chamber. Creighton University Heider College of Business, a program partner of the Greater Omaha Young Professionals, is the lead Summit sponsor.
