After working in the insurance and health/wellness industry for sixteen years, Galen Moes decided it was time to change his career and when the opportunity to do something completely different came along to start his own organization from the ground up, he jumped on it.  He joined the Dial Companies in 2006 and became the Executive Director of the Elk Ridge Village campus, which was under construction at the time.  As the Executive Director, he has the autonomy to do something that was always of interest to him and manage an organization as if it were his own.  Elk Ridge Village provides services to residents of our retirement community via Independent Living and Assisted Living apartment homes as well as Alzheimer’s Care suites.
