Gov. Dave Heineman, Omaha Mayor Jim Suttle, representatives of the Greater Omaha Chamber and other business and community leaders helped celebrate the ribbon cutting at Pinnacle Bank’s new 180th and West Dodge Road location on August 17.

Completed in June, the new 82,000 square foot location features a full service branch on the first floor with both consumer and commercial banking. The third floor houses the Pinnacle Bancorp holding company headquarters, and the second floor is leased to Seim Johnson Sestak & Quist, a CPA firm.

Pinnacle Bank’s new building is currently under review for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. To receive LEED certification, the building must be verified to meet green building standards for energy performance, water efficiency, reduced carbon dioxide emissions and improved indoor environmental quality.

Family-owned since 1938, Nebraska-based Pinnacle Bancorp is a $6.1 billion bank holding company with 121 locations in eight states, including 53 in Nebraska and 13 in the Omaha metro area.
