West Gate Bank Promotes Teresa Nelly, Welcomes Shane Reardon

The West Gate Bank® (westgate.bank) Board of Directors has elected Teresa Nelly to the title vice president, branch manager; and welcomes Shane Reardon as a commercial loan officer.

Nelly joined West Gate Bank in July of 2018 as assistant vice president, branch manager. A native of Bellevue, NE, Nelly brings more than 20 years of banking experience to her role with West Gate Bank. As vice president, branch manager, Nelly will continue to be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers and providing personal service to meet their financial needs. In addition, she will lead and coach her staff to achieve customer service and sales goals. A native of Columbus, NE, Reardon graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in financial markets and commercial banking. He brings nine years of banking and financial experience to his new role at West Gate Bank. As a commercial loan officer, Reardon will assist customers with their business financing needs, including real estate lending. He will be available to council customers on different credit options and utilize West Gate Bank’s resources to help them meet many other business needs.  Reardon is a past member of the Risk Management Association and participates in various bank-supported community and volunteer activities.
