Kathy Boroff was recently named the new executive director for Remington Heights, an assisted and independent living campus in Omaha that is currently undergoing a 9.5 million dollar renovation.

Boroff steps into this role from her position as resident care manager, in which she oversaw the residents’ clinical needs. She has worked at the center for more than 12 years altogether, having taken a few years to work in home health and do consulting work.

“Remington Heights has got to be the warmest, friendliest facility I have ever seen,” said Boroff. “There is so much teamwork here; nobody ever says, ‘That’s not my job.’”

Boroff has been a registered nurse for 25 years and has worked in senior care since she graduated from nursing school.

“Kathy is a proven leader and an obvious choice for this role with her experience in senior care and management,” said Robyn Moore, regional director of operations for Remington Heights’ parent company, Century Park Associates.

Originally from Fairbury, Nebraska, Boroff currently resides in Elkhorn, Nebraska, with her husband, Bob. Together, they have nine children and 12 grandchildren.

With headquarters in Cleveland, Tennessee, Century Park Associates manages more than 35 senior living communities in 21 states.
