Outlook Nebraska Congratulates 2016 Associate of the Year and Associates Nominated for National Recognition

Outlook Nebraska, Inc. (ONI; outlooknebraska.org) is proud to announce nominations for the National Industries for the Blind (NIB; nib.org) Peter J. Salmon Award and the Milton J. Samuelson Career Achievement Award.

Melissa Saltzman is the 2016 Peter J. Salmon Award nominee. This award honors employees who excel in their positions at NIB-associated agencies. Saltzman has been employed with ONI since April 2007. She started her career at ONI as a part-time finisher, packing product into boxes. Saltzman is now full time and operates the wrapper machine. She is a member of the Omaha Association of the Blind and is its social events coordinator.
