The law firm of Marks Clare & Richards, LLC is delighted to announce that they are growing. Within the last year, Raymond R. Aranza and Kristina B. Murphree joined the firm as members. More recently, Ari D. Riekes and Kelli J. Watson, both of whom have been associated with the firm for several years, also became members of the firm.

Raymond R. Aranza practices primarily in the litigation of employment discrimination, public employer/employee matters, labor law, workers’ compensation, and general commercial disputes. Mr. Aranza also has considerable experience with ERISA litigation.  He frequently presents at seminars related to litigation of employee benefits and various workplace issues.

Kristina B. Murphree practices primarily in the areas of family and criminal defense in state and federal courts.  She is an approved Criminal Justice Act “A” Panel attorney. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Murphree was in private practice and served as Deputy Douglas County Attorney.

Ari D. Riekes has a diverse litigation practice including commercial litigation, personal injury, family law, and contractual disputes. In addition, a significant portion of his practice is devoted to representing employees and employers in the areas of employment discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, duty of loyalty issues, and non-compete agreements. Mr. Riekes also represents numerous landlords involving commercial and residential lease agreements and related disputes. He is also a trained mediator.

Kelli J. Watson practices primarily in the areas of estate planning and administration, guardianships and conservatorships, business planning, and real estate. Ms. Watson also regularly presents at seminars related to estate planning and administration.
