Julie McAlpine has been promoted to Borsheims’ Director of Merchandise. She started with Borsheims in 1997 and has been a buyer at Borsheims for nearly the entire time. McAlpine has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska Lincoln and her Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She earned her Graduate Diamonds diploma from the Gemological Institute of America and is working toward becoming a Graduate Gemologist. Julie McAlpine will oversee the buying team of six at Borsheims.
