HSMC Orizon LLC, a tax, accounting and technology consulting firm, has announced the promotion of Tim Lens to Principal in the Assurance Services department.
“Tim has been an integral part of our assurance service team for eleven years, and we are pleased to recognize him for his contributions to the firm,” said Gene Garrelts, Managing Partner of HSMC Orizon.
Tim is in charge of planning, coordinating and supervising many of the firm’s larger assurance engagements. He has deep experience serving clients in a broad scope of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, non-profit and government.
Tim is a 2004 graduate of Midland Lutheran College, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants, currently serving on the state & local governmental accounting & auditing committee. He is also involved in the Omaha Jaycees and Omaha Running Club. Tim is based in the firm’s Omaha, NE office.
