Cornhusker Bank President Barry Lockard Elected to FHLBank Topeka Board of Directors

Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLBank) of Topeka has announced newly elected members to their board of directors. Barry Lockard, president/CEO of Cornhusker Bank (CornhuskerBank.com), is the Nebraska member representative and will serve a term from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2022.

FHLBank Topeka is a privately-owned, federally chartered corporation which promotes housing and homeownership by providing wholesale products, services, and programs that help member financial institutions expand the availability of mortgage credit, compete more effectively in their markets, and foster strong and vibrant communities. Mr. Lockard currently serves on the NBISCO board of directors, has previously served on the NBA board of directors, and is a trustee on the board of the Colorado Graduate School of Banking.
