These new services will provide clients with support in benefits management, employee relations and recruiting. The HR Services Division will work with companies on both a project and interim basis providing services on demand.
Laura Pavalis will lead the HR division and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience, most recently with the Visiting Nurses Association of the Midlands. Pavalis works with companies to streamline operations and reduce the time, paper and expense associated with routine processes. She has served companies in the financial, oil and gas, real estate and non-profit industries.
