Schultz is a CPA who has served in senior finance and accounting strategic leadership roles and possesses significant experience on “both sides of the table” as a CFO and mortgage banker. His areas of expertise include financial modeling, debt and equity sourcing and closing, accounting, data analytics, M&A, investments, IT, tax, audit, benefits, and insurance.

Thies possesses a solid background in accounting, inventory management, human resources administration, and operations. He spent the past 10 years with a construction supply company where he not only handled accounting and operations, but also helped grow the company’s overall financial standing, which ultimately assisted in selling the company to the third largest distributor in the industry.

Potter possesses more than 25 years of financial and accounting experience working for nonprofits, state agencies, an agricultural DNA technology company, and for a private accounting firm. Her background includes establishing and documenting internal controls, analysis of financial statements, budget preparations, AP/AR, payroll, contract and grant compliance, software implementation, and performing and preparing for audits.
