This ticketed concert and annual fundraiser, sponsored by Douglas County and The Sherwood Foundation, brings together world-class talent and purpose-driven programming to uplift Omaha’s vibrant music scene.
This year’s featured performers include legendary jazz artists Marion Meadows, Alex Bugnon, and Kim Waters, with a special opening performance at 5:00 PM by acclaimed saxophonist Brittany Atterberry. Together, they will set the stage for a night of smooth jazz, soulful melodies, and lasting memories.
The Omaha Jazz Experience is more than just a concert, it’s a celebration of culture, creativity, and community impact. Proceeds directly support HALLINS mission to foster constructive change in underserved communities through music and culture. Funding raised through OJE helps keep the LOVAM Jazz Festival, HALLINS’ signature free community event, accessible to all and supports youth-focused programming like the Jazz Masterclass Series for aspiring young musicians.
