The TS Bank Institute is excited to announce its recent partnership with MICAH House facilitating a monthly money management class for adults who are experiencing the crisis of homelessness. Established in 2009, the TS Bank Institute is a foundation committed to creating a stronger, more financially, savvy future generation through a K-12 financial literacy program. The K-12 financial literacy program was launched in the Treynor School District as well as an elementary and middle school student bank were opened. In addition, a high school student bank has been opened at Thomas Jefferson High School and elementary student bank at Rue Elementary in Council Bluffs. The TS Bank Institute looks forward to promoting and enhancing K-12 and college financial literacy programming in the local school districts, providing teacher education opportunities through regional workshops, and partnering with other non-profit organizations like MICAH House.
