Stephen Center will host its 2nd Annual Stories of Hope event on Thursday, May 7, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Creighton University Heider College of Business.

Stories of Hope is an inspiring evening highlighting the realities of homelessness and the resilience of the individuals and families Stephen Center serves. The event will feature Pulitzer Prize-winning author, Matthew Desmond, whose work focuses on poverty and housing in America.

The evening will bring together community members, business leaders, and supporters to learn more about Stephen Center’s impact while raising support for its shelter, housing, and recovery programs. Proceeds from the event help provide critical resources that empower individuals and families to move toward stability and independence.
