The Papillion Community Foundation recently hosted an evening of wine and cheese at the Twisted Vine in downtown Papillion on December 9 to kick off the official start of fundraising for the new Veteran’s Celebration Park being built in Papillion.
The event showcased the park’s design and shared information with guests on what the park will contain, how to help get involved, information on partner organizations and the importance the park will play in regional tourism. The Papillion Community Foundation is partnering with the American Legion, Harry Bossard Post 32 to help raise funds and awareness for the park. The Papillion Community Foundation is also seeking support from the community to help fund the park’s construction.
