Midlands Community Foundation will host its 32nd annual golf tournament at Platteview Country Club on Monday, May 20th with a shotgun start at noon.  The event will conclude with a steak dinner and awards ceremony following the tournament.  Brad Eckhoff, Market President of Pinnacle Bank, will chair the event this year.  Proceeds for the tournament will continue to endow the Children in Crisis Field of Interest Fund created by the golf committee in 2010.  The fund, over time, will create opportunities for many nonprofit organizations that help children in our community.  All contributions to a Field of Interest Fund are added to the principal of the fund and continue to benefit the intended charitable cause into the future.  Sponsorship opportunities are also available.  The $125 participant registration fee includes golf, sack lunch, two chances in putting contest, two mulligans, two complimentary beverages and ice cream, and steak dinner.

The mission of the Midlands Community Foundation is to benefit the diverse needs of the Sarpy and Cass county communities by providing financial support, involvement and service.
