MICAH House Presents Stuff-The-Truck to Feed Homeless

Local Hy-Vee locations are partnering with MICAH House (www.themicahhouse.org) to help feed homeless children, families, and women in the community during their Stuff-The-Truck, August 12–18. Customers will have the chance to donate food items during the week. Each day, MICAH House provides three meals and one snack to the dozens of individuals seeking help and services when they have nowhere else to turn. In total, MICAH House served more than 26,000 meals to families and women in need last year. A majority of the food served is donated by generous community members and businesses.

Visit MICAH House’s Facebook page (@themicahhouse) for more details, and look for the Hy-Vee truck at the front of each store to make a donation—every bit helps! Learn more online at www.themicahhouse.org or contact Ashley Flater at (712) 323-4416 / aflater@themicahhouse.org.
