The Wheels of Courage Car Show Celebration is Saturday, June 27! Get your engines revved up for another great year! The event will be held at Quaker Steak & Lube in Council Bluffs starting at 11 a.m. Each year the money raised goes to benefit the Spirit of Courage Charitable Patient Care Fund at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital ( jehfoundation.org).
The Wheels of Courage Car Show is an exciting outdoor event featuring a variety of car categories open to the public to enter and win a trophy. There is also a silent auction, 50/50 raffle and an exclusive raffle for car show registrants to win prizes. You can be involved by registering your vehicle in one of 16 Judging Categories, purchasing a sponsorship or t-shirt.
Charitable Patient Care is one of the most rewarding programs. For hundreds of Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital patients in genuine need each year, coping with serious illness and medical bills can be overwhelming.
Funds raised during the Wheels of Courage help relieve some of the financial burden by funding medical services, therapy and prescriptions.
Again, this year, FREE Health Screening for men and women to include PSA Blood test, A1C, Blood Glucose and Blood Pressure readings.
