The inaugural KANEKO Open Space Soirée, which functions as the organization’s annual fundraising event, will take place on Friday, September 19 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at KANEKO, with Dick Holland as this year’s Honorary Chair. The Open Space Soirée will also serve as the kickoff for the upcoming season by unveiling the forthcoming blockbuster exhibitions at KANEKO. Guests of the 2014 Open Space Soirée will get a sneak peak at the three highly anticipated creative design exhibitions, Cedric Hartman Selected Works, Olson Kundig: Anthology and Wallace Cunningham: reality < an idea.  Tickets are $150 for general admission, $75 for Young Professionals (those between the ages of 21 and 35) and $500 for a package that includes invitations to private parties with each of the exhibition artists in addition to the Open Space Soirée. For more information about the KANEKO Open Space Soirée or to purchase tickets, go to thekaneko.org/soiree, email info@thekaneko.org or call 402-341-3800.
