Heartland Hope Mission Quadruples Number of People Served in Response to COVID-19

With the COVID-19 threat, Heartland Hope Mission (HeartlandHopeMission.org) is now serving almost quadruple the number of clients compared to last year’s numbers! The Mission needs the community’s support now more than ever as they are seeing families, friends, and neighbors suffering financially from unexpected layoffs and kids home from school. Heartland Hope Mission is dedicated to serving those who have been affected and need help with a week’s supply of food at the Mission’s drive-thru pantry. You can help by giving a financial gift online or by donating non-perishable food and hygiene items.

Heartland Hope Mission operates one of the largest food pantries in the state but is More than a Pantry as they help families work toward self-sufficiency. They primarily serve working poor families and those who may be facing a crisis situation with a week’s supply of food, clothing, diapers, job resources, and community referrals. Like and follow Heartland Hope Mission’s Facebook page (@HeartlandHopeMission) or follow them on LinkedIn and Instagram to stay up to date on all the great work they are doing in the community.
