The Fit Foundation’s 1st Annual Corn Hole Tournament Set For October 8

The Fit Foundation (www.fitfoundation.org), a recently formed non-profit organization, has announced its first charitable event happening at IThinkFit Gym in Omaha located at 2424 South 156th Circle on Saturday, October 8. The Fit Foundation board will be hosting the event to raise donations in an effort to further help the Omaha community and surrounding areas. The tournament consists of a NCAA bracket-style corn hole competition, as well as drinks, music and prizes.

“One of our biggest goals is to grow The Fit Foundation’s membership. This event is a great opportunity for fitness professionals to come see what we’re all about,” said Tim Gorham, Founder and President. As a new and growing non-profit, The Fit Foundation has raised and donated over $6,000 to local charities in its first year.

The tournament registration will start at noon and the games will begin at 1:00 p.m., with a wrap-up around 6:00 p.m. The pre-registration entry fee is $40 per team or $50 at the door. To register for the event, or find more information, please visit www.eventbrite.com and search under “fit foundation.”

The Fit Foundation’s purpose is to bring together fitness business owners in Omaha and surrounding areas with the hope of turning our small charitable donations into larger contributions. Visit www.fitfoundation.org to learn more.
