Urban Abbey is a unique coffee shop in the heart of the Old Market, which serves the non-profit community by donating funds generated at the shop. They also promote local not-for-profits to raise awareness and generate interest in them. Each month a not-for-profit is selected as the “charity of the month” with a portion of all proceeds going directly to the charity. In September, The Children’s Scholarship Fund of Omaha is fortunate to be the featured organization.

The Children’s Scholarship Fund of Omaha helps families living in poverty access a private or parochial education by offering tuition assistance so that families can choose the best education for their child. Each CSF family must contribute $500 toward their child’s education, and each child must achieve a minimum attendance rate of 90%.

Visit Urban Abbey at 1026 Jackson Street anytime during the month of September and grab your morning coffee or an afternoon treat to support the Children’s Scholarship Fund of Omaha!
