The Nebraska Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD Nebraska)—an affiliate of ATD, the world’s largest association dedicated to the training and development profession—offers a program designed to assist in writing learning objectives that will help ensure that training is engaging and effective. The program will center around what learning objectives are, how to write them effectively, who needs them, why they are important, and when they should be presented.
The program will be led by Debbie Friedman of HDR Inc. Debbie serves as a senior performance consultant in learning and organizational development. She brings experience in analysis, design, implementation and evaluation of performance development systems for their organizations, their managers and employees.
