The Nebraska Safety Council (NESC, nesafetycouncil.org) has been invited to participate as a vendor at Gateway Mall, located at 6100 O St. in Lincoln on the first Friday of each month during 2023. The NESC team plans to offer complimentary blood pressure checks at the booth. Each month, they will highlight a specific area of focus and have educational resources available. Examples of resources include impairment goggles to simulate the effects of alcohol consumption, a First Aid Kit, CPR display mannequin with an AED device, Stop the Bleed Kit, Respiratory Protection Fit Testing, and more. They will be available to help answer any questions about upcoming training, events, membership benefits, and more.
The NESC team will be available between 9:00 a.m.-noon on; January 6 (Feature of the month: Driver Education), February 3 (Feature of the month: Wellness Services), and March 3 (Feature of the month: Workplace Safety).
