The Metro Omaha Builders Association (MOBA) (moba.com) is thrilled to announce the return of its highly anticipated “Street of Dreams,” a showcase of innovation, luxury, and architectural excellence in home design. MOBA has produced this signature event since 1985.
Taking place September 13-15 & 20-22 from noon to 6 p.m., the Multi-Site Street of Dreams will bring together home and design enthusiasts for an inspirational experience. The event serves as a testament to the creativity and craftsmanship of MOBA members, who continue to set new standards in residential construction. This is a unique opportunity to see modern home living while supporting local talent.
Presented by FNBO, this year’s Street of Dreams will showcase five luxury custom homes in four neighborhoods, ranging in price from $1 – $3 million.

Lee Homes – 20603 Hascall St, Elkhorn in Privada, Nathan Homes – 3319 S. 209th St, Elkhorn in Privada, New Chapter Homes – 22727 Orchard Plz Cir, Elkhorn in Legend Trails, Pohlad Custom Homes – 2707 S. 224th St, Elkhorn in Sanctuary Ridge and Art of a Craftsman –28627 Laurel Circle, Valley in Flatwater.
Luxury amenities include: Gourmet kitchens, floating staircase, sports court, in-ground trampoline, lake views, wine room, high-tech bathrooms, luxurious great rooms and outdoor kitchens.
MOBA invites guests to tour all five homes and vote for the “People’s Choice Award” on the MOBA Street of Dreams mobile app. MOBA will host a special “Meet the Builder Night” on Friday, September 20 from 1 to 5 p.m.
