At the Heartland Preserve (heartwoodomaha.com), The Winterland Skating Rink will be open daily starting Sunday, January 5, 2025! The rink is located just south of 144th and Dodge. Come and enjoy the lights while skating on the ice, and now until January 5, skating is free for all ages! Enjoy free 90-minute stake sessions and free skate rentals, courtesy of Applied Underwriters. Families can visit winterlandatheartwood.simpletix.com to view the daily ice-skating schedule and make reservations online. While reservations are recommended, a limited number of walk-up skaters also will be accepted on first-come, first-serve basis during each public staking session listed online.
