The Metro Omaha Builders Association (MOBA) (www.MOBA.com) is bringing back its signature event, the 2025 Multi-Site Street of Dreams, a celebration of innovation, luxury and architectural excellence in home design. Produced by MOBA since 1985, this year’s event promises to be the most exciting yet.
The Street of Dreams will take place Sept. 12–14 and 19–21, 2025, from noon to 6 p.m., featuring six extraordinary homes in five new neighborhoods across West Omaha, Elkhorn and Gretna. Homes range from $1.3 million to over $2 million, highlighting the craftsmanship of MOBA members and the latest in luxury residential design.
The 2025 builders include Art of a Craftsman; G. Lee Homes & Silverthorn Custom Homes; iCON Homes; KRT Construction; and Thomas David Fine Homes. Styles range from Modern Executive and Prairie Style Executive Ranch to Urban Chicago, Modern Scandinavian and Modern Transitional. Luxury amenities include multi-level 15-car garages with wash stations, rooftop patios, golf simulators, spa-like ensuites, sport swimming pools, saunas and more.
Visitors can vote for their favorite home in the People’s Choice Award via the MOBA Street of Dreams mobile app and meet the builders during Meet the Builder Day on Sept. 19 from 1–5 p.m. Tickets are available at (www.MOBA.com) and select Hy-Vee locations.
