SilverHammer Surveillance is embarking on the next phase of its business plan, moving to a new location at 501 S. 16th, at the intersection of 16th and Howard, in downtown Omaha. Previously located at 26th and Harney, this change in location brings extended foot traffic and closer proximity to the Old Market.
This new store location also brings a more interactive display of security cameras for home or business installations. Customers can compare different technologies like Analog, HD and IP in a side by side format. They can compare quality, cost, and style of camera in an easy to view display. They can also discuss DIY or professional installation options with owner George Langabeer.
The spy gear section has been updated and expanded as well. A greater selection of hidden cameras are on display and show how easily a camera can be hidden for covert uses.
SilverHammer Surveillance has also partnered with LincTrack. As an authorized dealer, there is a display in the store highlighting LincTrack’s GPS tracking option for single vehicles or fleets. With a one-year contract, vehicle activity can be tracked to gain better efficiencies and cost savings.
