Jimmy Carroll, former general manager, officially became the president and owner of the cabinetry component manufacturer on July 28, 2021. Previously owned by Jon Taylor of Lycos, Ruck Cabinet Doors is a leader in the cabinet industry, manufacturing cabinet doors, drawer boxes, and cabinet components for customers nationwide.
“Jon and I have worked together for years across many businesses. When the opportunity presented itself to buy the company, I jumped on it. Ruck Cabinet Doors has built a reputation where quality, service, and sustainability all coexist in harmony without compromise,” says Carroll.
As the new owner, Carroll plans to focus on accelerating the company’s growth with a strong focus on the customer’s needs. Earlier this year, the 33 year-old was announced as an honoree for the Wood Industry’s 40 Under 40 list. Along with his passion and strong work ethic, Carroll was recognized for his involvement in the company’s partnership with VODEC, a nonprofit organization that integrates people with disabilities into the community.
