Greater Omaha Chamber Presents Omaha Business Hall of Fame April 17

On April 17, from 6 to 9:30 p.m., the Greater Omaha Chamber’s Omaha Business Hall of Fame Gala (www.omahachamber.org/bhof/) will take place at the Holland Performing Arts Center. Join the Chamber as they celebrate their 2019 inductees’ profound legacies of achievement and bold community impact. Tickets for the event will be $250 for members of the chamber and $275 for non-members, with $150 of each ticket being tax deductible.

Initiated in 1993 as part of the Greater Omaha Chamber’s centennial anniversary, the Hall of Fame event includes dinner reception, induction ceremony, and dessert. Achievements are then showcased in a permanent display at The Durham Museum.

For some, their names are as recognizable as a leading household brand. For others, their work stands as a testament to their innovative thinking and never-say-never commitment to their business, industry and the community. Every year, past and present outstanding Omaha-area business leaders become part of the Omaha Business Hall of Fame at a gala event. 2019 Inductees include:

  • Daniel J. Bishop, Founder and Chairman of the Board, The Maids International
  • Gail DeBoer, President & CEO, Cobalt Credit Union
  • John W. Estabrook, President and CEO (retired), Methodist Health System
  • The Kavich Family, All Makes
  • Gale L. Wickersham, Chairman & Founder, Wick’s Truck Trailers, Inc.

The Greater Omaha Chamber’s mission is to champion a thriving business community and a prosperous region through visionary leadership and collaboration.
