Gonzo Gourmand Moves Food Truck Into Omaha

Gonzo Gourmand, a gourmet food truck with an eclectic menu, has announced its expansion into the Omaha market. Owner Daniel Pierce began serving his gourmet fare in Lincoln in June of this year and the overwhelming positive feedback he’s received since then sparked the decision to expand.

Gonzo Gourmand focuses on finding the most creative and amazing dishes and flavor profiles. They are extremely focused on beef sourced directly from local farmers. Pierce gets all his beef from a rancher in Cozad because he believes it’s the highest quality of meat out there, and he thought it could set his food truck apart. Gonzo Gourmand has earned a reputation for having the most flavorful beef possible. Pierce attributes this to their commitment to age their beef for 14 days.

When you visit the Gonzo Gourmand food truck, be sure to try the juicy and tender Gonzo burger, Corn-cheese Stuffed Burger, or the PB and Bacon Burger all with home-cut double-cooked fries. The mac and cheese will definitely hit the spot as well, or try out something new like the Poutine (home-cut fries topped with cheddar cheese curds and smothered in homemade 24-hour slow-cooked beef stock), Korean BBQ Beef Tots, or smoked pork belly tacos.
