Pana 88, a hip, fast-casual Pan-Asian eatery, is set to join Midtown Crossing’s diverse menu of restaurants in spring 2012. Located at 3201 Farnam St., Pana 88 will offer a wide variety of hot Chinese, Japanese, and other Asian dishes. Owner Charlie Yin, whose family also owns Hiro Sushi in west Omaha and Hiro 88 in the Old Market, said Pana 88 will specialize in affordable, comfort-casual dining.
If all goes according to plan, Pana 88 will open in Midtown Crossing in late April 2012.

At Pana 88, you will be in-and-out in 30 minutes and spend about $10 for a filling meal.
