Caretech (caretechinc.com), a mission-driven home care provider with over 26 years of experience, has acquired Wyoming-based Quality Home Health Care, a trusted name in community-based care since 2001. The acquisition marks a significant step in Caretech’s expansion into Wyoming, reinforcing its commitment to delivering skilled, compassionate care in rural communities.

“Quality Home Health Care impressed us with its values and long-standing reputation,” said Prateek Aneja, President and CFO of Caretech. “Together, we’re building a stronger, more supportive care network.”

The move brings Caretech’s operational expertise and technology platforms, such as AxisCare, CoachUpCare and Hireology, to enhance caregiver efficiency and client experience. Clients will continue receiving care from familiar staff, ensuring no disruption in services. Kerin Zuger, Chief Operating Officer at Caretech, added, “We’re committed to seamless integration. Clients will see the same trusted faces, supported by even more tools and team strength.”

The acquisition welcomes back Laramie native Kate Schmer, who rejoins Caretech to support the Wyoming team alongside Austynne Hill and Ahmed Sheik. Caretech will also enhance clinical leadership in Nebraska with a new Director of Nursing. Skilled services, including wound care, medication management and infusions, will be expanded and delivered with the same compassionate approach that defines both organizations.

“The legacy of Quality lives on in every visit and caregiver,” said Aneja. “We’re proud to continue that legacy under the Caretech name.”

This is the first of several planned acquisitions as Caretech aims to expand its footprint across the Midwest, one community at a time. Caretech provides trusted home care to individuals of all ages, offering non-medical services in Nebraska and Iowa, and skilled care in Wyoming. For more information, visit caretechinc.com.
