ONE Immanuel Event

On Tuesday, June 20, from noon to 2 p.m., the Immanuel Community Foundation is hosting the 2023 Celebrating ONE Immanuel event at the Embassy Suites Conference Center – La Vista (12520 Westport Pkwy, La Vista, NE 68128).
The event will bring together over 1,000 employees, residents, participants, and supporters of Immanuel Communities, PACE Centers, and the Immanuel Community Foundation. This year’s event features keynote speaker and New York Times Best Selling author Kate Anderson Brower. Kate is the author of the bestselling book Elizabeth Taylor: The Grit and Glamour of an Icon.
This book is the first and only authorized biography of the glamorous star and includes never-before-seen letters and diary entries written by Elizabeth.
The event will also feature the 2023 recipients of Immanuel’s Awards of Excellence, the top employee recognition. Throughout the year’s final quarter, Immanuel employees across Nebraska and Iowa nominated fellow employees for their exemplification of our culture. Recipients will be presented on-stage awards in front of the crowd and their families.
News crews are invited to film coverage during this event, except during Kate Anderson Brower’s presentation. Kate and select Immanuel representatives (Eric Gurley, CEO, and Emily Tonniges, Immanuel Community Foundation Director) will be available for interviews.
