Cheers To 9 Years!
Strictly Business (strictlybusinessomaha.com) is celebrating the 9th anniversary of our Omaha publication, and it’s hard to believe that we’ll soon be reaching double digits! However, looking back on all of the progress and growth that’s happened during this time, for both our publication and our clients’ businesses and organizations all across the Omaha Metro, it’s truly satisfying beyond measure to see how far we’ve come. There have been many successes along the way that we’ve been honored to be a part of—as a company, those of our clients, and also the accomplishments of our own who have gone on to do amazing things, with a prime example being the co-founder and past president of Strictly Business – Omaha who pursued her dream to launch the innovative and now wildly successful SHOLDIT® brand, Angela Lee.
Even in just the past year there has been exciting progress going on at Strictly Business. The focus of our most recent efforts to enhance our offerings has been reaching our readers on different platforms, from engaging on social media with a stronger presence there to the recent launch of our new flipbook feature on our website, allowing access to the magazine page by page from anywhere, on any device, at any time. Of course, Strictly Business magazine can still be spotted in offices and storefronts all across the Omaha Metro; as our readership has continued to grow, so has our distribution. We feel so incredibly blessed to not only work with many local businesses and organizations that are doing remarkable things to transform our community for the betterment of all who live and work here, but also for the opportunity to share that information with all of our readers each month. We’re humbled by the overwhelming amount of positive feedback we’ve received, which inspires and motivates us daily along with reinforcing the value of the work that we do here at Strictly Business.
While the core team behind Strictly Business magazine has changed over the years, our dedication to branding, promoting and supporting the local business community has remained the same day in and day out. As pictured on this month’s cover, our President Paige Zutavern is at the helm of operations and the widely recognized face of Strictly Business, supported by a tight-knit team of professionals who make it all happen each month: Amanda Wilson, Editor; Tingleska Hallum, Art Director; Jenna Hubl, Executive Assistant; and Holly Ryan, Graphic Designer. Just as important are our team members behind the scenes who contribute to the quality and success of our publication as well as our online and social media presence: Lizzy Werner, Intern; Meg McCave, Webmaster; and the original founder of Strictly Business himself who wears many different hats as per usual, Shayne Zutavern. We’re confident that we’ve assembled our best group yet, and with such an amazing team, the future is bright indeed.
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again; we are deeply grateful for the support of the Omaha community, which not only welcomed us from the beginning but has been a pleasure to work with and be a part of ever since. As with any company birthday, a “cheers” is in order: Thank you to our loyal clients and readers for supporting us both on our journey to where we are today and on into our next chapter!
