Nebraska Society of CPAs Prepares for Annual Conference on April 25

On Thursday, April 25, The Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs; www.nescpa.org) is holding their Annual Business and Industry Conference at The Cornhusker Marriott in Lincoln. Cost to attend is $265 for society members; $315 for non-members. Registration and breakfast begin at 7:45 a.m. and the conference will be held from 8:20 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

The event will open with an Economic Outlook presentation by Ernie Goss of Creighton University, followed by numerous breakout sessions and speakers throughout the day, including Emerging Technologies & The Role of the CITP by Frank Burnham, CPA, CITP; Five Employment Law Traps for CFOs, Susan Sapp by Cline Williams; and Thinking About Buying or Selling? Strategic M&A by John Gustafson, CFO Systems.

The Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants is a dynamic association of nearly 2,600+ professionals dedicated to advancing the accounting profession and furthering the knowledge, competence, and performance of its members.
