Tell us a little about your family.
My husband, Eric, is a pharmacist for the Food and Drug Administration.  We have been married for 14 years.  He is originally from Illinois, and we have lived in Colorado and Chicago before moving to Omaha.  Nebraska is my home state.  We have three children: Alex is 11, Sarah is 9, and Justin is 7.

Starting a family and then deciding to go back to work part-time.  I have been fortunate to be able to balance both a professional career and my family life.

I enjoy running.  I’ve been running as a hobby since college.  I have completed two half marathons: Omaha in 2009 and Lincoln in 2011.  I also enjoy being able to volunteer with my kids’ classrooms on my days off, to spend time with them after school, and help with their activities.

What is the most unique or interesting thing about you that most people probably don’t know?
We own a “Husker Bus” with several friends, which we take to a tailgate spot in Lincoln for the Nebraska games.

What are you the most proud of?
