Jon Pesce of World Group Commercial Real Estate and Kevin Stratman of Investors Realty, Inc. have been awarded scholarships from the Education Foundation of the CCIM Institute.

Jon Pesce, who was awarded the Push for the Pin Scholarship, has been the Vice President of Commercial Brokerage since 2006. He performs lease negotiations with local, regional, and national retail and office tenants as well as preparing property level annual operating budgets and strategic business plans.

Kevin Stratman, who was awarded the Ray Boro Memorial Start to the Pin Scholarship, is currently a broker at Investors Realty, Inc. He recently graduated from Marquette University with a BS in Business Administration with specialization in Commercial Real Estate and Finance. He now specializes in industrial sales and leasing representing landlords and owners.

The CCIM Institute, with over 15,000 members, provides educational programs and services for professionals in commercial and investment real estate as well as allied industries.  It awards the CCIM Designation to individuals who complete a prescribed series of university-level courses in advance concepts and techniques in commercial real estate.  There are over 59 chapters and 11 regions of CCIM nationwide.
