Ron Kenkel Promoted to Business Unit Manager at Omaha Box Company

Ron Kenkel has been promoted to Business Unit Manager at Omaha Box Company, a member of the Liberty Diversified International (LDI)  (www.libertydiversified.com) family of companies.

Omaha Box Company, a designer and manufacturer of custom corrugated cartons and displays, is more than 125 years old.

“Ron is very well-prepared to take on this position of overall leadership for company operations, especially because of his exceptional financial management skills,” said Jack Fiterman, LDI’s Vice President, Business Development.

Kenkel has been a part of the Omaha Box Company team for 27 years, serving in several financial and operational positions, and most recently as Chief Financial Officer.

LDI acquired the assets of the company in 2016, making it part of LDI’s North American network of paper, packaging and display business.

Kenkel graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an accounting major. He and his wife Natalie are Omaha residents, with three grown children.
