Pinnacle Bank recently promoted employees Lowell Ferguson, Matt Smith and Nick Weber at the Papillion main branch located on Golden Gate Drive

Ferguson and Smith have both been named assistant vice president of commercial lending where their roles will consist of managing loans and deposit growth, increasing commercial real estate loans, maintaining asset quality, developing banking relationships and community involvement.

Ferguson started with Pinnacle Bank in 2001 and has gained experience in a variety of banking positions including branch manager and personal banker. As a 2006 graduate of Hastings College, Ferguson holds a degree in business administration and management, and is currently continuing his education at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.

Smith has experience in banking and credit analysis. His past roles in the banking industry include senior credit analyst, real estate risk analyst, associate construction lender, consumer loan collector and teller. He is 2008 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Omaha where he earned a degree in finance and banking. Currently, he is in a two-year program at the Advanced School of Banking in Topeka, Kan., an accredited program through the Nebraska Bankers Association.

Weber has been named the new branch manager and retail banking officer of the Papillion main branch. He has been with Pinnacle Bank for nearly five years working as a teller, personal banker and new accounts representative.  Weber earned his bachelor’s degree in finance banking and investment sciences from UNO in 2014.
