After more than three years of implementing and creating positive changes, Jeremy Warren has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer at the Omaha Home for Boys effective February 1. Warren joined the Omaha Home for Boys as Controller in May 2011 after serving in a similar capacity with the College of Saint Mary. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis and a minor in Communication Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2002.  He received his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 2007.

Some of the positive changes Warren has either been responsible for or assisted with include implementing a new account structure to track and allocate costs across functions, programs, departments and buildings and creating a financing plan to reduce the Home’s dependence upon its endowment to a manageable level. In addition to overseeing the Home’s finance department, Warren also took on additional responsibilities last summer, handling oversight of the campus Dining Hall, Facilities and Information Technology departments.
