Make sure to mark your calendar and save the date of Thursday, September 10th for Omaha Creative Institute’s premier event – the 2015 Patron Party!

This year the Patron Party will be held at the lovely Fairacres home of Emily Brush and Stephen Pedersen.  Always a festive and fascinating event, the Patron Party this year will feature presentations from three of Omaha’s most dynamic creative professionals, along with delicious food and drink.  This is the perfect opportunity to engage with other Omaha residents who value our creative community and to support the flourishing arts scene here.  Details coming soon!

Omaha Creative Institute (OCI) is a local non-profit organization that strengthens the creative fabric of Omaha by offering workshops taught by local artists, by providing artists the resources needed to enrich their careers, and by fostering relationships between local artists and the community through innovative projects and programs.

OCI presents annually the nationally recognized professional development program “Artist INC” that teaches artists the business skills needed for a successful art practice.  OCI also offers “Work of Art” – innovative hands-on, team-building experiences for groups of all kinds. This fall OCI again will offer an array of Saturday morning “Come Create It” workshops taught by professional artists for the general public.
