Metro Area Youth Foundation Summer Bash for Childhood Cancer Set for August 12th

Chase was born July 17, 2008 with neurofibromatosis, a disorder that causes tumors to grow in various parts of his body, specifically his brain. In September of 2015, tumors were discovered in his brain. Through weekly chemotherapy treatments, Chase’s positive spirit, smile, jokes and hugs have sustained his family. Chase and his family extend an invitation to enjoy the Metro Area Youth Foundation’s 11th annual Summer Bash for Childhood Cancer being held August 12th at Embassy Suites La Vista Conference Center. Funds raised from this event will support everyday expenses of families that have children with cancer.

This year’s event features an evening filled with fun and entertainment. Festivities include silent and live auctions, music, delicious food and beverages. Tickets are $100 for adults and $25 for children ages 5-12. For more information, visit the MAYF website at www.SummerBashforCCC.org, call (402) 689-7108 / (402) 658-2321, or email summerbash@cox.net.
