NeHII, the Nebraska Health Information Initiative has announced a partnership with Infinedi in a move to provide streamlined HIPAA compliant electronic claims information for Nebraska patients. The forging of this partnership will enable NeHII to provide clients with direct connections to primary payers in Nebraska and nationwide.
The Nebraska Health Information Initiative is a non-profit Nebraska corporation formed by a diverse, public and private stakeholder group formed in 2005 in order to achieve community betterment through the implementation of health information exchange in the delivery of healthcare. The Infinedi partnership will not only provide advancements in the transmission of claims information, it will serve as an additional sustainable source of revenue to ensure the long-term stability of health information exchange in Nebraska.
