Friedlund is an accomplished executive with more than 35 years of financial experience, community development and fiscal responsibility. Roxann Rogers Meyer has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Meyer is highly experienced and innovative with more than 20 years of marketing, public relations and sales experience in health care and senior living with an emphasis on brand management. Debra Welk has been promoted to Vice President of health care services. Welk has progressive experience over the past 25 years in providing quality health care, housing and services for seniors. Steve Hess has been promoted to Vice President of Home & Community Based Services. Hess has advanced capabilities in the development of strategic initiatives for services to seniors with over 20 years of experience. Tammy Sealer has been promoted to Vice President of Development & Strategic Projects and Corporate Privacy Officer. Sealer has over 20 years of experience in senior services administration including development and project management. The newly named vice presidents will take on a more strategic role within Immanuel.
