Zappos Culture Innovator Presents Keynote at BBB’s Integrity Awards Luncheon

Annually, the Better Business Bureau Foundation (BBB) (www.bbb.org) hosts an Integrity Awards Luncheon – an event honoring businesses that follow ethical practices and “go above and beyond” in serving their employees, customers and community.

Omaha has the largest Integrity Awards event in the U.S.

This year’s keynote speaker is Jenn Lim, Zappos Culture Innovator and the CEO of Delivering Happiness. Ms. Lim travels the world to teach companies that a happy culture leads to overall company success. Some of her former clients include: Forbes, General Mills, Lowes, and HP. In her one hour presentation, you will learn how happiness at work increases customer satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity, brand loyalty and financial performance.

And if learning how to build a productive company culture isn’t enough, there will also be a raffle at the event. Four lucky winners will go to Las Vegas on November 9-10, stay a night at the Bellagio, tour Zappos and receive a $100 credit to see a show of their choice.
