Habitat for Humanity of Omaha revitalizes and stabilizes neighborhoods in our community that cannot support private development. Sponsors, donors, volunteers and families work together to build homes, settle families and grow a community of neighbors.
Habitat for Humanity of Omaha builds single family homes throughout Douglas County for working families earning less than 80% of Area Median Income. The home is sold at no profit through a no-interest mortgage. Families volunteer their labor to help build Habitat homes, including the one they will eventually purchase.
