Look for Midtown Crossing to bring an exciting new tenant to one of the development’s prime locations in 2012. Parliament Pub relocates to Omaha’s Old Market, a move intended to capitalize on the district’s active bar scene.  Parliament is owned by Tom Allisma and Dave Jensen.

An English themed pub with a rock-n-roll edge, Parliament Pub is expected to open its Old Market location (1212 Harney St.) in the spring of 2012.

“We’ve had a great time at Midtown Crossing, but the Old Market location will be a better fit with what we’re trying to do,” said Jensen.  “Our new location will be an open air atmosphere, and we’ll be able to have live bands and entertainment weekly. We’re incorporating a stage, DJ booth and dance floor into the new space.”

Parliament Pub will remain open in Midtown Crossing until January 1, 2012.  Its west Omaha location is unaffected.
